At Symphony Light Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your wearable masterpieces. If your purchase doesn't perfectly harmonize with your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garments are in unworn, pristine condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
